Ruth Ann Suttle

Lead Enrollment Specialist

Ruth Ann retired from a career in Human Resources and served the citizens of Burke County, NC as a Burke County Commissioner for 8 years.  A recipient of the Order of the Long Leaf Pine, the highest civilian honor awarded to a NC citizen who exemplifies what it means to serve others.  She manages our enrollment team and ensures they are highly trained and ready to help our client’s employees by delivering world class service during their open enrollments.  Ruth Ann has many interests but her favorite is spending time with Wade, her witty grandson.  Ruth Ann is married to John Suttle who is retired and daily marks off his “honey do” list with a smile.

Tony Woodfin

Enrollment Specialist

Tony is an enrollment specialist who has worked with employees and employers for the last 27 years.  Keeping the modern family up to speed with their benefits needs is his passion.  Married to Karen, his wife of 35 years, they’ve raised their children and now have 7 cute grandchildren and live in Matthews, NC.  His hobbies include being a musician and running.  He and Karen love camping and traveling.

Keith Conley

Enrollment Specialist

Keith began his successful career in employee benefits in 2014 after serving as Director of Financial Aid at Western Piedmont Community College in Morganton, NC.  Keith enjoys getting to know employees on a personal level in order to assist them in choosing benefit plans that best fit their needs.  Keith is an active member of New Day Christian Church in Morganton.  Keith is married to Sondra and has two daughters.  He enjoys reading, cycling and spending time with family.

Wes Hawn

After practicing law for 21 years as a prosecutor and criminal defense attorney, Wes decided to follow his passion for media and marketing. He has helped several businesses create podcasts and other media marketing. Together, Cristy and Wes started a podcast called Healthcare Solutions which explores innovations in healthcare, cost containment strategies, and employee well-being. Through this project, Wes became fascinated with the changing landscape of healthcare and is excited to be a part of the solution as a newly licensed benefit advisor.
